Ute Dugan, MD PhD, is an internationally recognized thought leader and advocate on global health care issues. Founder of the Coalition for Implementation Research in Global Oncology, Dr. Dugan convenes major cancer centers, Nobel laureates, corporate leaders, and governmental regulators for building health care capacity in underserved geographies. As Chief Medical Officer of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, she improved drug development paradigms leading to accelerated regulatory approvals. Dr. Dugan draws on decades of leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology teams at Aventis, Roche, and Bristol-Meyers Squibb, publishing and presenting at major global health conferences, and providing patient care.
