Chantale is an economic development executive with a focus on budgeting and finance, risk management, the environment and sustainability, information technology, and human rights. She was most recently US Ambassador and Executive Director to the Asian Development Bank, and CFO and VP of Administration at the US Millennium Challenge Corporation. Chantale also held senior roles at the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the US Treasury Department, the World Bank Group, Inter-American Development Bank, US Department of the Interior, and the US Office of Management and Budget, among other positions. She is on the board of several non-profit organizations.
